Refund policy

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 15 days. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns will only be accepted for damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at aamairastudio123@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your purchase upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including customized dresses and a few other select products. These items are made to order and are tailored specifically to your requirements, hence they are exempt from being returned. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please reach out to us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

No Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at aamairastudio123@gmail.com.
